Information you choose to send

The inquiry forms ask for your name, email address, topic, and message. Your message is sent to the foundation through Formspree, a third-party form service. You can instead contact info@mattisfoundation.org using your email provider.

Keep sensitive materials out of inquiries

The website does not take payments or collect scholarship application documents. Please do not send card numbers, bank details, identification documents, or application files through these forms. Ask the foundation for current submission or giving instructions.

Services used by this site

The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to contact Google. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. These services may process connection and request information under their own policies.

Questions about your information

Contact the foundation to ask about access to your inquiry, retention, correction, or deletion. This site does not state a fixed retention period or promise a particular response time.

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or a recurring donation.

Organizational and giving information

Before contributing, request the foundation’s current organizational documentation, payment instructions, and any applicable tax information directly. This website does not make a representation about the tax treatment of a gift.
